Termination/Resignation after Transfer

The first sponsor released a candidate and he joined in another company after opening his visa for transfer from Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Interior.

As he can't join any other company at least for one year, during this one year if he resigns or gets terminated.. can the new sponsor send him home? Or if the candidate wants to stay on his own to complete one year and join another company.. is it legally allowed?

Visa transferred and under sponsorship of the second employer.. as the visa is not owned by the current employer, can he force me to leave the country..

If the visa isn't transferred yet, he can stay as long as it is valid.
