Description
1. Reviewing and approving the HSE plan, Risk Assessments, Method statements for all critical activity submitted by various contractors & sub-contractors for each Construction Package in respect of Safety requirements and procedures.
2. Follow/implement Project specification, QCS, & International & Local Authorities requirements. Preparation of accident, incident and near miss report, the root cause for the accidents and its preventive measures. Promote safety awareness among the project staff & team.
3. Ensure all activities on site are in compliance, with required safety measures & procedures, Ensure major construction equipment is maintained regularly.
4. Review Safety Procedures, Inspection, Test, Plans as submitted by the Contractor-sub contractor.
5. Lead Daily/weekly safety walk through to observe, issue & close-out NCR/SDR/Close-out report to the contractors & Sub-contractors.
6. Conduct or Participate in company’s safety audits for corporate, contractor and sub-contractor.
7. Conduct HSE meeting, safety committee meeting and in house training program to all staff.
8. Coordinate with Client regarding HSE plan and Procedure and ensure close-out of the project/site observation report by client if any.
9. Assist HSE Head/Manager for preparation of many Plan Like, HSE Plan & Procedure, Emergency Evacuation plan, Mock Drill Plan, Site Welfare Plan.
10. Additional Experienced & sound knowledge of Mechanical project works/Fire protection & Fire fighting system (as per NFPA).
11. Well capability of attending project meetings with client, consultant & contractor to discuss the issues and to short out the problems. Able to Suggest and give positive solutions.
