Business OR Business cum Work VISA

Dear Friends,

I worked at Ras Laffan with RP VISA since 3 years. I resigned my job on 31/03/2016. Also I have one job offer from another company in Qatar, and they are asking a NOC. However, my Old company refused to give NOC to me. I would like to know whether Can I eligible to get Business VISA or Business cum Work VISA to work in Qatar.

Pls clarify.

now you can apply for job after december 15 2016, because rules will change in december

You need an NOC to work again in Qatar . Or you can wait two years
