CCC wins contract to build Doha Metro’s main stations
Qatar’s railway builders — Qatar Rail — has officially commissioned Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) to build the main stations of the Doha Metro.
A source from Doha Rail revealed that the contract had been awarded to CCC, which operates in 80 countries around the world.
In a statement to Al Raya business section, the source said that Doha Rail terminated the contract with Samsung due to some dispute over contract.
“Doha Rail abstains from commenting on the allegations of the South Korean company”, he said, voicing dismay over Samsung claims.
The source also affirmed that all executive operations were proceeding according to plan.
CCC, the largest construction company in the Middle East, also ranks among the top 25 international contractors in the world. CCC has offices and projects in over 40 countries, with a workforce of more than 130,000 employees.

Well I do hope that they are better at building Underground Stations than they are at building Reservoirs for Kahramaa.
