Canada Immigration
Hi Guys,
I am an Indian expat applying for Canada Immigration. As part of the process I have to apply for Police Clearance Certificates. In the application form for Qatar PCC, I have to fill up "To submit to" option where I have to mention the office to which the PCC should be addressed. As these details are not mentioned anywhere in the Immigration website, can any one please help me out ?

Bhavani, Your e mail is missing ............ From Gulf we visit our place of birth every 1 - 2 years , but from Canada ... people won't be able to look towards that place for 9 - 10 years ............

I saw the contact number on CIC website and my last option will be to call them up. It is really interesting that they do not have any facility to contact them by mail. May be its because of the volume of doubts they receive every day.

I know the PCC should address the country I am migrating to. But I do not know to which Canadian office should I address. Some say it is "The consulate General of Canada ". You didn't mention your email address. I could show you the PCC form.

I know the location and also have the form with me. But I am not sure to whom should the PCC address. The Canadian embassy or Canada Immigration and Citizenship (CIC)

I posted this query for getting advice from people who has either gone through the immigration process or has knowledge about it. So I prefer comments which sticks to the context. I really like discussions but I need to apply immediately and need help for it. So, people who want to know why I want to immigrate, please leave me messages rather than diverting the topic of discussion.
I believe Australia and New Zealand are good options as well

Why do you want to migrate to Canada permanently. Isn't India great.

I really appreciate you concern. But you must know that it was not my sudden decision to immigrate to Canada but was taken a year back and was preparing for it since then. I am not even sure if I will be getting an RP. More over, any country other than my homeland is same for me.
Kah, Postpone your plan for 21 days, think deep , your action would change the life of about 20 - 50 people like your grand parents, parents, bros / sis , wife , in laws , kids , your grand kids .......... you will be shifting for permanent ........... it's major life decision, so hold on , give a deep thought. I am sure you have not compared the life { Your Life } here & Canada ........... People can't buy grocery there , they have to travel to US , living expenses are sky high ........
