Delivering in HAMAD with Health Card

I am 21 weeks pregnant currently and posses an rp plus a health card. I was wondering what are policies in this year and do I have to pay anything for delivering here in Wakra HAMAD hospital? I have inquired from ladies who delivered here previously, they faced no haste and delivered happily with too low expenses. Is anything has changed in past few years or it's the same problem free less expensive option?
