advice to lodge a cheating and humiliating case against company

i humbly request you suggest me the best way or procedure to teach these people and get my respect and account settlement as per Qatar labor law. i am a senior civil engineer work in a contracting co. in Doha for last 3 years..they took my signature in Arabic format.and said me you are resigend i dont know why.but may be all are Egyptian except me.please advice me for my rights, thanks

You can go to the labour court and / or human rights commission and file a case ..

There is a notice period of one month if you have been employed less than five years. They must pay salary for that month. You are also eligible for an End-of-Service Gratuity for three years. Otherwise, the company can terminate you when ever they want.
