Price per kilo or per piece?

Is it correct if Mega Mart sells chicken for a price by piece? - I mean, the chicken all have different sizes and weight. The same applies to baguettes and other items which all differ in size and weight. Is it worth it to inform the Municipality?

But it is cheating. The chicken can easily be weighed and the price can be determined based on a kilo price. I think it is one of many unaccounted cheating mechanisms in Qatar.
