Sorry guys, in gate # 3, they didn't accept our application for family permanent residence visa because, I don't have the 6 Months bank statement and the employment contract is not attested by the labor ministry.

Hi, Guys, I would like to thank you again for the advises and I would like to share to you my experiences in Immigration which I'm very frustrated with joy....

actually, our first option is to renew only the expired RP of my wife which was expired last year on May 2015....and first we check gate no. 1 and they said go to gate # 2 for renewal, then as per advise of gate # 2, go to 2nd floor to get a certification that my wife is already in Doha with valid Bahrain residence visa which cost 10Qr...after that, we submitted to gate 2 and the lady told us to check with the captain for approval....unfortunately...the captain rejected our option 1......because of that, we proceed for option 2, family resident visa and we proceed to gate # 3 and they accept our application because, I don't have the 6 Months bank statements and not attested employment contract.....so we proceed to Gate # 1 again to try to submit our application for family visit visa only...for the last they accept our application and I check it today and it says, READY TO PRINT !!...so it means it's APPROVED ??? I'am right?

Dear Sir,

Sorry to say but with Qatar Id. (permanent residence permit) you can't apply for Family Visit or Permanent Visa.

Sometimes less than six months bank statement are also accepted.

If you have any further doubts, please visit our office for further clarification.

Thank you all guys....for the warm and good advises.....and hopefully by tomorrow, I will give you some update.....as I tried 4 times in in the immigration which always failed as somebody they don't know the proper procedures....actually my wife has an expired RP here in Qatar since 2015, however all the advises that I received even in the immigration gate 1, 2 and 3, they said that I have to re-apply from zero to obtain a new visa....

for visit... they might consider without the 6 months bank statement...

for family... they need it 100%

both visas - you need to have your work contract attested first.
