1. In case of person exits the country and we cancel them.

1) In case, if we cancel the visa of a person and he exits from Qatar.
Answer
The visa is used for ever.
Question
2) Also, if we issue a visa and the person doesn't travel here and it's get expired.
In how many days a company will get the visa back, or we wont get it or is there any procedure to get the visa back.

After six month of issue the visa is automatically expired if the person does't enter into the country but if you purchase return ticket from Qatar Airways office in airport and deposit the ticket in the immigration office in the airport then you will get back the visa.
After six months of issue of visa you can get our money back on return ticket after deduction but if the person enters into the country before six months then immigration will send him back from airport using our return ticket which was deposited with them and you don't get our money back.

If you issue a visa and the person doesn't use it it will be gone. You have to apply for a new visa for a new person.

1) Long time back the rule of getting back the visa after a person got cancelled changed. Once a visa is cancelled the company looses the visa for ever.
2) The company has to register a Ooredoo mobile number with Ministry of Labour. They will show sequence of inserting code+VP no. to send SMS through the register mobile no.
