This is to bring to your consideration that I successfully completed Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, National Certificate Technology in Quantity Surveying, completed primavera p6 . 

I also would like to highlight that I have acquired sound knowledge about Civil Engineering (planning Engineer )with more than 10 years’ experience in from reputed construction organizations company.  Below mentioned  the detailes of work summary in previous company.

 

•  Prepare the Baseline schedule (Primavera-P6 level 4 program) in accordance with milestone of contract
• Cost Loading & resource Loading for baseline program.
•  Update actual progress against  Baseline schedule (Primavera-P6 level 4 program).
•    Preparation of look-ahead schedule according to the current update and analyzing critical activities.
• prepare the Recovery/Revised Schedule program as per consultent/contrctor requirement.
•   Prepare the delay event programme and analyse the required necessary Extension of Time where were required against Form of Contract
• prepare the Manpower Histogram ,S-Cureve, Cash Flow diagram etc...
•   Identify the project deliverables and staffing requirements with allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system
•      Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project
•   Attended all progress of meeting to discuss about progress and condition of time frame.
•    Coordinate internal project team to follow approval of Client/Consultant for work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems
•      Estimate the project value with all risk analysis and cost loading to the program of work and controlling the project budget
