Qatar Law for early termination of tenancy agreement

Hi,

I am just planing to go for a tenancy agreement with a property company but in a fear of loosing the employment with the current employer due to construction market situation.

Do you know what is the applicable Qatari law provision/s for early termination of house tenancy agreement due to employment terminations? Is there any place to read general clauses?

Dear Sir,

If you loose your job then there is no penalty for termination of tenancy agreement.

There is no law as far as I'm aware. In most cases, there will be a penalty of one month rent providing you can show proof of termination and that you are leaving the country.
