Dear Sir,

First you have to get three original attested

1) Degree certificate

2) Consolidated or final year transcript (mark sheet)

3) Bonafied letter

from

1) Commission on Higher Education in the Philippines

2) Depart of Foreign Affairs (Red Ribbon)

3) Qatar Embassy in Philippines or Philippines in Qatar

4) Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar

Sometimes they ask it be translated in Arabic and sometimes they also ask the translation has to be attested by

1) Chamber of commerce in Qatar

2) Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar

Thank you Mr. Sheen Services WLL,

however, after translation of Diploma, it should be attested again to MOFA, but MOFA will not attest due to the new rules between MOFA and Philippine Embassy, we need to get a Certification letter according to their format to our university school in the Philippines....

if you can do it in your PRO service without the new rules it will be good for me....

I would like to give you a feedback on what I'd experience today in the Ministry of Labor as per their requirements for attestation of employment contract.

if your position in the Contract is Engineer, they required you a letter from University as per their format, Original Diploma, Transcript of records.....all of this mus be authenticated from your embassy and MOFA......

Dear Sir,

Most services have been moved from the main Ministry of Labour office which was beside the closed Al-Andalus Petrol Station (Subway Petrol Pump).

You can take Labour Contract attestation service at any of the govt. service centre.

The one on the C Ring Road is near Gulf Cinima, Opposite Al Emadi Business Centre.

Coordinates: 25°15'48.2"N 51°32'05.0"E

Timing: 7:00 AM to 12:00 Noon & 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

I guess they work from 7 AM till 2 PM but I am not sure if they start an hour earlier.

By the way just for your information and a smile, "acchabaccha" is just my pen name I use to post at QL. In the Hindi and Urdu languages, they are really two words "accha" and "baccha" meaning "Good Kid!"

I believe there should be three copies, one of which is for you, the other for the employer and the third will be retained by the Ministry of Labour. Make sure all the three copies are signed by both parties and the company stamp is present on all copies of the contract.

Dear Sir,

It is must, without attested labour contract Immigration department will not issue permanent resident card.

If you are on professional visa then you have to carry MOFA attested educational document.

Yes, it is important that it is attested by the Ministry of Labour. Once attested, the contract gets legal status and the clauses of the contract become binding on both parties.
