If you are a good driver, you can always take that short (18 days) course. That will include 6 theory classes and 12 practical classes.

Go to the driving school and they will prepare the application for you, you have to take that application to traffic police (which is next to school) and show them your license from Pakistan and request them to approve for your short course. Once they sign it, go back to driving school and enroll for classes. Make sure you go before 12 as traffic office will be open till 12 noon only.

And it is recommended to adjust seat, mirror, use seat belt and all other important things should be completed before you release hand break and move gear.

If you know the driving rules of GCC then you can take a VIP course but it is more costly and little hard to pass here in Qatar.

With Pakistani driving license you can take short course (15 classes).

Full course is for those who don't know about driving and have no idea for road awareness.

As driving seat and direction is different in Pakistan and GCC, it would be better if you take half course just to get road awareness. Do not focus on other comments bro, be confident and please don't ever try to overtake live we do in Pakistan officer will surely fail you.
