The ones available in tetra-packs are pasteurized through UHT and with additives; Some are from concentrate. The processing causes it less nutritious and freezing is the best way to preserver without loosing nutrition.

I have so far not come across "frozen" coconut water anywhere here and frankly this is the first time I am hearing of such a thing. Supermarkets here have them available in tin cans. I would love to know the purpose frozen coconut water serves.
Have you checked in Wakra as I have learnt from several posts at QL that many such items are available there which are not available at other places in Qatar. One regular QLer may soon be advising you about this, but he usually needs 3 days to find out the exact place of its availability.
