Is it better to resign or not to accept a new job contract
By now, we all know that sometime in mid December 2016, the new labor law will take effect. All employers have to issue new contracts to their existing employees.
- I like to know if it will be better to resign now before the new law takes effect, OR
- to reject the new employment contract.
This question is probably not relevant to those who are staying on with a company, nonetheless. But to those who are planning to leave their companies, this question is relevant.
