Part time Sales Associate / Customer Service

Job brief
We are looking for a result driven Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from lead generation through to close. This role will be a combination of sales and customer service related tasks. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet clients expectations.
This role is part time with possibility of changing to a full time role in the future.

Responsibilities
• Actively seek out new customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Remain knowledgeable on services offered and discuss available options
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers

Requirements • Some working experience as sales associate • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices • Proficiency in English and Arabic • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Customer service focus • High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
