Requirements for Family visa

Dear All,

What are the required documents for family visa?

1. Attested Marriage certificate

2. Passport copies of Family

Is Arabic translated Marriage certificate also mandatory ? Also do we need to go to the Judiciary Court with two witnesses for a new marriage certificate ?
