Dear all

I recently changed job after getting NOC release with the help of Qatar Human Rights as i complaint to human rights that company was not giving me salary since 4+ months , also they cheated by taking my cheque by saying that we will give you cash loan then you can return in monthly installment s but they did not give a riyal. They deposit in bank my cheque without giving cash as agred on email on august 16 but didnot present to police. Now six months passed, have any chance if they can do any thing bad as i am innocent expat only. Also, they just given me half salary dues and took sign on settlement as complete salary clearance on plain paper. I already got much pain from this employer as i ve bank loan and liabilities and due to that i was in jail as well as they didnot pay on time and i was affected. Now i started my new job but still old company is not returning my cheque and half more dues which guving me pain as thus is criminal act.

I ve a voice recording which i did 4 month s ago in which owner if the company is forcing me to resign if you want noc and they acknowledging about cheques as well.

That resign act forcing to me by the owner after call from human rights . However i did and got NOC and changed job successfully. But please advise how i can take back my cheque and half dues as owner said he will not give cheque as this us safety fir him. I said this act is haram. In these all circumstances if i complain again then i am afraid for consequences . But if he complain about my meeting voice recording which is actual then????  He destroyed me financially and mentally. I ve many watsapp messages to him that this is haram and God will punish you.

Recently he cleared their all staff salary which was pending since 3 months as they dont have funds and projects . I heard owner sold his one property to pay off their liabilities but what is my fault.
