NOC & Cancellation
Dear Sir/madam
My name is Anoop Cheruvallil, I have a valid Work Visa till 22-03-2017, but unfortunately my company is in Financially Down and no chance to continue there. currently i am in India and waiting for the expiry of my visa, my doubt is sofar i didn't cancel the visa, is that i can come again there in any other company Visa or Visit ,is it require any NOC or any legal formalities pls help me with a suggestion

You have to be in Qatar for your company to cancel your visa because visa cannot be cancelled while you are in India.
NOC can be provided if your current employer wishes to provide you once you come back to Qatar, if you do not return NOC can't be given on that grounds and after 6 months your visa will be cancelled automatically by the system.

if i am getting a NOC what will be the chance (visa not cancelled )
Better you come to Qatar before expiry of your current visa and get the transfer documents completed. No new work visa will be approved unless your current residence visa is officially cancelled by your current employer even after expiry, but yes you can get visit visas or tourist visa approval once your current visa is expired to come and sort your your visa documents but this is not advisable since approval is subject to immigration discretion.
