Dear Sir,
In regard to your above mentioned legal issue if your friend would like appointing a law Firm to represent him before the court of the law, whenever the matter referred to the court , you can send us your contact number through our email ([email protected]).

Hi Syed01 .. again im very thankfull in your comments and info. its very helpfull to us..
But again it is the discretion of judge whether to put him behind bars or not.
Within 1 month & maximum 2 month, he needs to follow up with the police station for the court dates. Most of time judgement comes in absence and by the time your friend will come to know even the appeal period will lapse.
Since he is not involved in any accident, it will be only penalty and impounding license for 1-3 months if he presence during judgement time and accept his mistake and request for leniency.
Hi Syed01.. hes not involved in any accidents., Maybe how many months it take before the judgement day..Thanks Syed01
Since his case is now referred to court, car can be released by company PRO until the judgement comes out.
Even though it is completely up to the court judgement, but most of the cases, If your friend is not involved in any accident then he will be fined and jailed for a month. If he is also involved in accident then he will get deportation after end of jail term, but again it is fully depends on decision of court.
Thanks a lot in your info brixexpat.. so theres no idea when they gonna release the car. so how many days/weeks/ months they gonna call him for a hearing. Thanks again
There is no set rule .. Some have been deported but in many cases the car has been impounded for a fixed period and the culprit has been fined and jailed for a term.
The best thing is to ask the court
