Need to change sponsor

Dear All,

I am here in Qatar alomst 2.5 years and serving same company . Now I have got a good chance in a reputed company in Qatar. I have requested to my present employer to give me change but they dirctly rehjected my request. So my query is that if I make cancel from present comany , can I come back within short days from my country ?

PLEASE HELP...............:(
