Changing of job

hi good day, i just want to ask if u have to wait for 1 year before i can change a compny If they will be able to provide me a NOC? because other companies offers me a good salary. Im stuck doing all things at my compny for a low salary.

Thanks for a reliable information. I tought my work here would be easy for my employer. I dont know what kind of work they will give to me sometimes labourer sometimes profiessional job some time technical jobs for a low salary.

You have to work for an employer for a year before changing .. However you can get secondment after six months if both parties agree

You have to speak to the company. Providing an NOC is at their discretion
