2005 model lx470 pros and cons

Hi..I'm planning to buy a 2005 model lexus LX470 with a mileage of 200000km. How is the maintenance and spare parts costs for 2005 model lexus? Is it similar to that of lc?

My Car 215000km running like a horse but I do regular maintenance at the Dealer Workshop since Day 1 (Purchased Brand New)

Slightly more than a Land cruiser.. Remember that any car with 200k on the clock will have things starting to go wrong with it and could be costly to maintain
