Travelling with son

Hi guys,

my son was born in qatar as my salary was not adequate we applied jointly for his visa and now he is on my wifes sponsership.i would like to travel with my son to india for a family function as my wifes leave got declined she cant join us,so is there any formalities to be done as i will be travelling with my son .

If he has a residency permit, there is no problem if he travels with the father in mothers absence.

The child always goes on mothers sponsor if she is SPONSORED and working.

They will stop you at the immigration, the only option is to take your wife along with you till immigration counter they will allow your wife to talk with the immigration officer to allow you. Also on a safer side give a authorization letter with your signature and her Passport & ID copies with her signatures.
