Working visa to tourist visa

Hi! i'm currently working under my employer for 7 months. the problem is i don't have any idea on logistics company. i was actually referred and i really don't want to be on this company but i don't want to upset my friend so i took it. i tried but the problem is this job is not really my line. is it possible to change my working visa exit to dubai for 2 days and come back with tourist? i already have my QID with me. if someone knows or done this before please help me.

Work for another 4 months.,Pay the company the money invested on you and take NOC and Visa with you. Start job seeking again!!!
