I NEED ADVICE PLEASE

Hi last february 2016 I finished my fix contract in Qatar then after that I extend working with my same employer for one more year without formal agreement,he only renew my QID with one year validity expired Feb.3 2017.He cancelled my residence permit April 2017 because I resigned.Now Im already here in the Philippines,is that possible now for me to go back in Qatar for work with another employer?no need NOC?please i need an answer.
