How is this health services?

We are very thankful to Qatar government for their health services. They provide one medical card by QR.100 then we can get the medical services with government subsidy.

But there is one Question with this Health Card & Treatment system. When we goes to make a health card we have to face long time queue. The office will open morning 7'o clock but we have to come evening or 10/11pm at night because of each day 60 card will provide. So, people have to come early to stay iinside quota. And all we have to wait outside of the health center in this hot season.

We saw there is another queue, that people came to get treatment. A sick person came for treatment and he have to wait more than 7/8 hours. how disgusting system this health services system.

Why system is like that?

We are expatriate,we also have health rights.
