At Al Meera Bakery sections. you can order birthday cakes. reasonably priced
Try Villaggio. There is a shop when you enter gate # 2 just before Carrefour. They are bit on the costly side. You can also place an order at Carrefour where costs are reasonable but be careful if you want to have something written on the cake in English. They are poor in English.
