Hello everyone. I worked in qatar for more than 5 years and resigned early this year and exited qatar on the same date of my QID expiration.

I came back just this month under visit visa. When i check my passport on the official documents of MOI it stated like this:

Not Allowed to enter the State Of Qatar with this RP

ID Card Expiry Date : expired

Exit Date: ( Outside the country For 163 Days )

Residency Expiry Date: Expired

What does it mean? what should i do?

I found a new employer and they are trying to apply for new working visa. Is there any problem in getting a new working visa?

I need advised. Thanks in advance

EDIT: Read this FAQ article regarding the new labor law in Qatar.

First of all I wonder how'd you manage to get your visa approved. As far as I know, you have mentioned that you left the country on the same date of your ID expires, if that were the case I think you made a big mistake by not having you RP canceled. If you leave the country without canceling your RP then you should stay 180 days (6 months) out of country in order to apply for a new Visa or to Qatar. Now most of the ememployers do this to their employees who resign before the end of contract as they don't want them to come back and join a competitor company.
