Two Egyptian expatriates die in road accident on Salwa Road
Two Egyptian male workers, aged 28 and 35 respectively, were reportedly killed in an accident on Salwa Road on Tuesday early morning, reported Gulf Times.
While the news of their demise have been circulating on social media, their names and other details are not known at present.
According to social media posts, the accident happened when a minibus carrying 16 expatriate workers, including an Asian, suffered a tyre burst. Two of the passengers suffered from some fractures and wounds while the others sustained minor injuries.
Qatar is a relatively safe country, but traffic accidents are somewhat common. It was only two weeks ago that two Indian expatriates lost their lives when a vehicle hit them while they were crossing the road in the Industrial Area.
If they were in hurry, we can not say that. Please do not judge.
