Does anyone has Copy of Law No. 22 of 2017 on the terms and conditions related to the licensing of real estate brokering, disciplinary accountability rules, suspension and revocation of the license?

iswariya: Thanks for your "advice" which hardly has any meaning to me.

Whenever Molten Metal misguides someone or makes a false promise to someone who is seeking genuine advice or help, I try to come in to tell the people not to get carried away. This because I have been with QL for several years now and know MM. I have been doing so for several years. Possibly you are aware by now the number of times Molten Metal's posts got deleted by the Moderators because of the rubbish she posted.

My questions are: Why does she love to misguide people? Why does she make false promises of providing help to people which she never keeps, making people wait in hope? Does she suffer some sort of a problem?

And this has been going on for several years.You are just new QL.
