Iam working in qatar from march 2015.6months before my family have some problems in India I try to going vacation but company say not possible also my company is very bad after few days I left as a emergency vacation for 10 days.but after 10 days not possible to come back qatar because my mother is admitted in hospital, however i didnt come back to qatar. so right now iam looking a new job in qatar, i have any problem is come back to qatar,my visa will expire on 4th march 2018 also my contract is open contract that one will expire on march 2020. Pls let me know what is the procedures in new law

After visa expiry in new visa U can come no noc needed
