MOI RECORD NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER WITH MY OLD RP, AM I BANNED? OR MY OLD RP NOT CANCELLED?

Please help me, as i dont have much knowledge on Immigration and Labor in Qatar. Im from UK, Been to Qatar for 1 year 2 mos. and resigned from work. now another good offer came and im planning to go back. my MOI record upon checking my old Qatar ID is "NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THE STATE OF QATAR WITH THIS RP". Now im confuse and worried. does this affect my application. am i banned in Qatar? what shall i do? Anyone from you have the same issues?, Please i need your help to enlighten me, as i dont know what step im gonna do, as i dont want to miss the job opportunity. Thanks

better to coordinate with a new company and explain how you leave your previous company, I think it will be ok if the new company involved in this case.
