Termination on vacation, what are benefits I'm entitled for.

My company has terminated me while I was on vacation. But they have sent me work visa too one day befor the termination. Now, I landed in Qatar on a Work Visa under their sponsorship last month and the visa stamping process is not yet started. Now they are asking me to exit the country without any benefits. Should I required exit permit? And what are the benefits I'll be entitled for? Should they provide me air ticket and one month salary? I have worked with this company for 1 year on a business visa.

Please reply asap as they are keep on asking me to leave the country at the earliest.

To be honest, if you have worked with them earlier on business visa, then I'm afraid you may not be entitled to any benefits from company.
