Can work visa under company sponsorship transfer to husband sponsorship

I am a female indian working under company sponsorship. Now my company terminated me due to financial crisis. My son also under my sponsorship. My husband company ready to give NOC but his salary criteria not matching. Is it possible to transfer mine and my sons visa to husband sponsorship through "nakal kafala" ? I have my bank statement for 6 months with salary above 10,000 QAR, But husband salary is less than 6000.

Please advise.
