Ooredoo officially launches the latest version of its self-service app
Ooredoo, Qatar’s leading telecom company, has launched the latest version of its self-service app — the Ooredoo App 3.0.
The Ooredoo App 3.0 boasts of a host of new features that will help improve user experience, including quicker access to customer accounts, a one-tap bill payment feature and personalised shortcuts, among others, reported Gulf Times.
Designed to be faster, easier, more useful and personalised than ever before, the Ooredoo App 3.0 offers customers a one-stop-shop for all their self-service needs including bill payments, Nojoom point services, Ooredoo subscriptions, and an allowances checker, according to Qatar Tribune.
Customers who are travelling outside the country will also have the facility to check their balance on the go. The Ooredoo App 3.0 also works with smart watches to enable customers to keep an eye on their Ooredoo Passport usage via their smart watch device.
One of the main features of the new Ooredoo App 3.0 is its streamlined dashboard, which offers customers the chance to personalise their homepage with quick access buttons to their most used features.
Ooredoo will now clearly display customers credit limits as well as Available Account Credit in real-time.
The Ooredoo App, which was first launched in 2013, is available for download for both iOS and Android users.
