HELLO PLEASE CAN ANY ONE EXPLAIN ME ABOUT VISA TRANSFER I DONT HAVE QID NOW MY VISA IS WORK VISA 2 YEARS VALIDITY I HAVE 3 MONTHS OF TIME TO MAKE MY QID. I JUST WANNA ASK IS THERE A NEED OF QID TO CHANGE SPONSOR OR CAN WE CHANGE EASILY BEFORE 3 MONTHS COMPLETES BECAUSE I GOT JOB AM REALLY WORRIED IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE SPONSOR WITHOUT QID?

You need NOC either you have Qid or not..or exit the country before making Qid and come back on new work visa..
