After several months of increases, prices of petrol and diesel to come down in April

For people living in Qatar, there are some reasons to cheer. After going up for several months, the cost of fuel in the country is set to marginally decrease across all types.

Qatar Petroleum announced that a liter of Premium petrol will cost QR1.80, down from QR1.85 last month. Similarly, Super petrol will be cheaper by five dirhams a liter and will cost QR1.90. The price was QR1.95 last month.

This is the first time since October, 2017, that the price of Super petrol has gone down.

From tomorrow onwards, prices of diesel will be QR1.85 a liter. Last month, it used to cost QR1.90.
