Change of Sponsorship

I would like to seek an advice. My employment was finished with one company where I have worked for more than 2 years. I get new offer from another company and they are asking me to cancel the visa so they can hire me on new visa instead of opting for NOC as they have experiencing some problems. With respect to new labor law, can I cancel the visa and came back on new visa without facing any ban
