Mall of Qatar launches the country’s ‘first and only’ mall gift card
The Mall of Qatar has announced the launch of Qatar’s ‘first ever’ mall gift card.
The prepaid card, powered by Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB), is available in selected denominations from QR100 to QR5000, reported Gulf Times.
The gift card can be used at all Mall of Qatar stores, restaurants, kiosks and entertainment centres — even at the mall’s luxury Al Rayyan Hotel.
The gift cards can be purchased at Customer Service Desks to provide a convenient payment method, secured by a chip and 4-digit security code. Cardholders can also check their remaining balance at any ATM, reported Qatar Tribune.
To celebrate the launch of the gift card, Mall of Qatar is offering two customer promotions until June 17. Early bird purchasers will enjoy a ‘Shop & Get’ reward receiving a free additional card preloaded with QR100 for every QR 500 that they spend on the gift cards.
Across the mall, a ‘Shop & Win’ promotion will give anyone who spends QR300 at any of the retailers to enter a draw for a chance to win a jackpot Gift Card preloaded with QR100,000.
