I Left Qatar As Vacation Was In April 2017 But Due To Emergency I Didnt Back To Qatar Again & Now When i Check On MOI It Stated Like Not Allowed & My Previous Sponsor Is Not Canceling The RP & Saying Always That Its Already Expired, Want To Know Visa Should Be Auto Cancel In 6 Months Or Shall i Have To Wait For 2 Years For To Travel Again In Qatar On Employment Visa.

@Al-007 - My Contract Is Open & But My Sponsor Told Me That My Contract Is Expired Cos I Started In Jan 2016 & Now Is July 2018, So You Completed 2 Years.. Really I Am Confused.

As per the current regulations if you cancelled rp and exit you can come even next day with new visa..if you didn't cancel you can't come until your contract period what you had previously..call your previous employer to cancel your rp..or come to me on inbox of QL ..

So Till How Many Years I Am Banned In Qatar, My Sponsor Will Not Cancelling The RP, Do I Have To Wait For 2 years For Auto cancel, Or I Am Banned For Lifetime..

No..your previous visa doesn't get cancel automatically , u r previous employer has to cancel..in order to approve New work or visit visa u r previous visa must be cancelled !

But New Sponsor Applied For New Employment Visa & He Said Me That It Got Rejected By Ministry & Told Me To Cancel Previous RP From My Previous Sponsor.From My Previous Sponsor My RP Or Visa Not Cancel Yet But Its Already Expired.& I Came For Vacation & I Dont Have Any Cancel Sticker On My Passport

"Not Allowed to enter the State Of Qatar with this RP" logically means you cannot enter on your old RP, so your new employer can process an RP for you. From the points mentioned, your RP related to you QID is already expired. So what is the problem, your new employer (Supposed) will be able to check and revert to your with any issues. Unless you did something wrong before leaving.
