Hepatitis B- I have a really amazing offer from multinational but have acute hepB with hbsag positive

Hi everyone,

I recently completed my education and have a great offer from one of worlds top finance firms in doha. Everything is confirmed including visa, tickets, accomodation but while doing the medical tests here in my home country , I got to know I have hepatitis B with hbeag negative and hbsag positive. 

I am allowed to leave the country and come to Doha, but not sure what would happen there as I will not pass the test. Is there any way or solution to this? No matter how much treatments I take, hbsag value will not decrease for sure.

I would love to hear genuine comments as my flights are booked for end of August.
