Those who want to do important financial transactions should do it immediately because banks in the country are going to be closed for the next one week for Eid Al Adha holidays.

Qatar’s Central Bank has announced a one-week holiday for banks in the country during the occasion of Eid Al Adha holidays, reported The peninsula.

The bank holidays will begin on August 19, Sunday, and will last until Thursday, August 23. However, bank officials will have to report back to duty only on Sunday, August 26, after the weekend break.

So if you are planning to send some money home or transferring it to someone urgently, you had better do it now or be left behind.
