For Company Change MMUP Registration is required ?

I am working from last 6 years in Qatar on Electrical Engineer Visa, Now I want to change my company is it necessary to have MMUP(UPDA) to switch the company ?

I would be thankful for you reply and time.

It is somehow mandatory if you are in engineering visa.please call 3340 3359 for better clarity.
