Legal Help - Additional Authorizers in Establishment Card (Computer Card)

Hi All,

I'm currently under the notification period to change my company and I've already approval from ADLSA. The notice period is coming on end after 2 weeks from today. 

My question is My sponsor ( The authorized person) who has to authorize sign The application for changing the employer is not in the country and he might take some time to back which is likely after my notice period completion and he is the only person in the  Authorizers in Establishment Card (Computer Card). Although the PRO person is in the process of adding an additional person on the card this also doesn't happen without the Local (Qatari) sponsor's authorization??

Could someone can guide me what should I do at this moment?

• Can the current employer cancel my QID (Terminate me) if I didn't get the QID changed prior to the Notice period? 
• How many days can I continue to stay under the current employer if the New company's Sponsor makes delayed on the signing my form?
• Can someone tell me what is the process of adding the additional person on the Additional Authorizers in Establishment Card (Computer Card)?
