Visa Application Issues Through Metrash 2

I try to apply family residence visa via Metrash2 application for my wife, under relationship drop down menu, no wife option appearing. Anybody faced this issue, any help to resolve?

I have a situation a bit different but talking about metrash2 for family visa : I applied 2 weeks now for my family visa, on metrash2 I see under process, I went to Metrash and meet a Captain, right before I met him, my account showed under review. And when I finished with the Captain, he told me after 3 days come back, but when I went out, my account in metrash showed again UNDER PROCESS. So I don't understand what's going on? If someone knows what does it mean.

I recently had the same problem. I visited Ministry Of Administrative Development ,Labour and Social Affairs. They asked me to download the copy of electronic contract from https://econtract.adlsa.gov.qa.

After that send the copy of electronic contract and Qatar ID mentioning Qatar ID number to [email protected].

Within an hour, the issue got sorted on Metrash 2.

why not go to immigration office in Messeimeer or Gharaffa to state this issue and that you will like to apply by hand, they will take it from you bro, Give it a try

Dear All

I was tried to apply family visit visa for my mother through metrash 2 . After entering the Gender, there is a column for relationship which is not having the option to select“Mother“. Hence I could not apply visa for mother.

Whereas visa received for father...

Did anybody faced similar issue while applying mother visa...?

If you got this "contract not updated" message, you can try manually first at Gharaffa Immigration Office. Visa section-No.1. Apply as usual family visa with all relevant papers. After verifying your all papers, the counter staff will ask you to get the signature from the police captain. If you can convince him, and get his signature then you are lucky.

Take help n guidance from a typist office, try it today .....................

Hi, you mentioned that you’ve found a solution to this and that it was successful. I went to the immig ofc in gharaffa recently because i also encountered the same msg re submitting the contract to labor but the captain told me to do it in Metrash... i felt tired ang just went home... pls help...

Dear All if such issue happening , make sure your contract is e-contract of single page as per revised law and attested from Ministry Of Administrative Development ,Labour and Social Affairs - (Labour Depart.).

If all above is correct simply go to Ministry Of Administrative Development ,Labour and Social Affairs - West Bay IT department and ask them to update and will be resolved. It will just take 5 min. further you can access the option in Metrash 2.

Actually inside labour people will react as something surprisive is asked because people sitting is counter most of them are not aware of this and as Metrash itself is guiding to go and update @ labour.

(Manually no one will take papers if your are going straight as metrsah had made immigration staff work load less by putting it through this Mobile app, so donot think they will take it directly and you will just keep running one place to another.)

@shameer, this doesnt stop you from renewing on metrash. Apply by hand and you can print the visit visa through your Metrash. Only that you cannot make applications on metrash.

Metrash is required for future uses to extend the visa, pay visa charges. Please tell me how this issue can be solved in metrash, I called metrash and they are telling to go to Al huda building westbay to update the contract.

When i approached ministry of labour they diverted me to emigration, from emigration to labour nobody is giving a solution.

I found the solution to this. I Submitted the application by hand on the counter at Al Gharaffa Immigration and It was approved within 3days.

update your work contract in the latest format( 1 page). Your employer can assist you.
