Employment Visa

Thank you in advance. I am working for my company for past 5 months and 20 days in bussiness visit visa. My sponsor have more that one companies and my PRO saying like on the company i work they dont have emplyment visa but will get visa from some other company under same sponsor. Please advice me whether it is safe to accept their offer orelse what all consequences i have to face in future

Stick to the original, they are changing their word, that is doubtful, say no.

It is not a problem. Unless you represent a brand.

Check the CR copy, it will have all the companies that your sponsor owns.

It appears safe. You have no other option but to accept. Otherwise, they will send you on exit.
