Three months ago I bought HP monitor from Sofitel shops. I was told that this monitor has one year warranty. I received a hand written proof of purchase. It only has the invoice no and the seller signature, plus the shop details. The problem now is Redington is refusing to fix the port of that monitor. I have just received a ride email on their part.. What's my situation like legally.. I can go back to the shop ,but I still don't have a car, so alot of wasted money.
it's sorted out out now. The ship was keeping the printed invoice, no idea why.. they sent by email and I m good now. Thank you
You must have the shop number, inform them. They can tell you what to do. You could also be fair with them and tell them you are going to the Ministry and log a complaint.
Also, as long as you have a receipt from the shop, you can call the min of economy fraud division, go to any shop and you will see their contact details.
Better Contact the Shop in Person / or else pay at Redington.
