If i can comeback in qatar after my rp expire

Hello guys, im 9months stay here in my country. On march my RP will be expired in qatar. Question: do my employer can be block me or ban me in qatar after i didnt comeback in qatar? Can i comeback in qatar after my id expire on march? Do i need to look another employer? Please i need your help.

I attempt to tell them that i wanted to go back in their company but my boss told me better to pay him back for 5,0000 qr to cancel my id. how can i pay him if im here in my country. Like he saying that even my rp finish in march i can no longer comeback in qatar. Please i need your advice. Tnx
